The film stars Abhinav Gomatam and Naresh Agastya in the lead roles. It also features Srinivas Avasarala, Vishwa Dev, Riya Suman, Ajay Ghosh, Temper Vamshi, Chammak Chandra, and Racha Ravi in key roles.
Kismat was written and directed by Srinath Badineni.
