The announcement video of the film is breaking the internet; 'Label' web series to be premiered on Disney+ Hotstar on 10 November.

Director SU Arun Kumar, best known for critically acclaimed hits like Pannaiyarum Padminiyum (2014), Sethupathi (2016), and Chithha (2023), will direct actor Vikram’s 62nd film — tentatively titled Chiyaan 62.

Riya Shibu, on behalf of HR Pictures, will produce the film. It will have music by National Award winner GV Prakash.

Shooting for Chiyaan 62, expected to be an explosive action entertainer, will start next year.

The production house recently released an announcement video where it shared a few scenes from the movie, in a bid to give fans an idea of what they could expect from the project.

The video shows Vikram playing an exceptionally strong character who thrashes the thugs inside a police station and cooly saunters out, without worrying about repercussions.

The story seems to be set in the southern part of Tamil Nadu.

Label on Disney+ Hotstar from 10 November

Label, the first web series of director Arunraja Kamaraj, will be streaming on Disney+ Hotstar from 10 November.

Kamraj is famous for delivering the critically acclaimed superhit film Kanaa (2018).

Label features Jai and Tanya Hope in the lead. It also casts Mahendran, Harishankar Narayanan, Charan Raj, Sriman, Ilavarasu, and Suresh Chakravarthy.

The Hotstar Specials raised expectations among fans as director Arunraja Kamaraj’s movies are known for their strong content.

In fact, the plot of his best-known film Kanaa revolved around a woman cricketer.

Apart from directing the web series, Kamaraj penned its screenplay too.

The series has an additional screenplay by Jayachandra Hashmi who also penned its dialogues.

Label‘s production is by Muthamizh Padaippagam. Its music is by Sam CS and cinematography is by Dinesh Krishnan.

B Raja Arumugam is the editor and Vinoth Rajkumar is the art director.

Four lyricists — Yugabharathi, Mohan Raja, Logan and director Arunraja Kamaraj himself — penned the songs for the web series. The choreography is by Azhar and the stunts are by Sakthi Saravanan.
