Tollywood veteran actor Nandamuri Balakrishna and director Bobby (KS Ravindra) are teaming up for a movie. It is tentatively titled NBK109. The project will be released in the second half of 2024—possibly for Dasara.
The movie glimpses, unveiled on YouTube, have already garnered 2.6 million views.
Meanwhile, the makers of NBK109 have decided to rope in actor Chandini Chowdary in the flick. Chandini, too, has confirmed that she is playing a role in the Balakrishna starrer, during the promotions of her latest box office release Gaami (2024).
It is learnt that the Colour Photo (2020) actor accepted the role in the film because her character holds importance in the story.
Southern star Dulquer Salmaan is also playing a prominent role in NBK109.
The teaser or trailer launch might shed light on the film’s plot.
The Balakrishna-Bobby combo is expected to cater to action enthusiasts and normal audiences.
While Balakrishna is busy working on NBK109, fans hope the project will surpass their expectations.
Balakrishna will portray a dual role in this yet-to-be-titled film. Trivikram is the production partner.
On 8 November 2023, the makers dropped a poster with an axe in the background and captioned: “Bloodbath is a brand name”.
S Thaman is reportedly composing music.
Fans want Balakrishna and S Thaman to get more big hits with this combo in future.
It is learnt that Balakrishna and Thaman are paid good remuneration for NBK109.
