Even as the title of KGF actor Yash’s much-awaited 19th venture, Yash19, is set to be made public, speculations are rife that actor Sai Pallavi will be debuting in Kannada with the film.

However, there is no official confirmation if Sai Pallavi will be playing the leading lady in Yash19.

Sai Pallavi dubbed her lines for the Kannada version of her critically acclaimed trilingual film Gargi (2022), directed by Gautham Ramachandran.

There were rumours that the actor, who charmed her fans in Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam industries with her impeccable acting skills, would be debuting in Kannada with a political thriller directed by a National Award-winning director.

However, it remained to be a rumour. Also, the project never took off in the first place!

Fans go ga-ga over Yash19

The die-hard fans of Yash have been trending “Yash19” with their logic attached to it. A few fans replaced their display pictures on their social media accounts with Yash’s. They shared that they sacrificed their blue ticks (verified accounts) on X for their favourite actor.

Some even wrote that it had been 599 days of long wait to hear from Yash about the update on Yash19 after KGF: Chapter 2 hit the screens.

That’s not all! They even appreciated the announcement design poster, which resembled Yash19 with a question mark.

Even the timing of the title announcement — at 9.55 am on 8 December — adds up to 19 (9+5+5).

On Sunday, 3 December, even Yash changed the display picture on his Instagram account to “Loading” as a hint about his next venture.

Yash19 is being produced by KVN Productions, which distributed Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal in Karnataka. It also distributed Rakshit Shetty’s Sapta Sagaradaache Ello Side B (2023).

It is bankrolling KD-The Devil, a pan-India Kannada venture directed by Prem and starring Dhruva Sarja.
