Anshu Malika Roja Selavamani, daughter of actor-politician Roja and director Selvamani, is all set to make her acting debut opposite Tamil actor Dhruv Vikram. The film is likely to be helmed by Cobra-fame R Ajay Gnanamuthu.
Dhruv is waiting for Maari Selvaraj to complete his assignments so they can start their sports film. A passionate music-lover, he released a music album on his birthday, 23 September. He celebrated his birthday with WCC students at a function in Chennai.
Dhruv was recently approached by a Telugu production company for a project where Anshu Malika was being launched. Though the makers went through a couple of scripts, they liked Ajay’s work and hence finalised him as the director for the flick.
Anshumalika appeared on several magazine covers as a fiction write-poet. Her book Flame in the Heart is a fictional work showcasing the author’s account of the pain that one goes through in many life experiences. She also runs an NGO called ‘artforcauseindia’.
