Rihan Shareef has worked previously as a Parliamentary Assistant to a Member of Parliament. He worked on several digital rights-related issues such as the Personal Data Protection Bill, Digital Rights of Gig Workers, and on IT Rules 2021 during that stint. Rihan holds a bachelor's degree in social sciences and law from Symbiosis Law School. He is currently a research analyst with the Aapti Institute.
