Producer Ramesh Reddy of Suraj Production issued a statement where he mentioned that they were the first to register the title with the KFCC and they own it.

As per the KFCC rules and regulations, the title solely belongs to the production house which registered it in the first place, they clarified.

“No other banner can make use of the title even with any slight changes such as the addition of numbers or so on,” they asserted.

“Hearing our concern, Shivanna assured to speak to his team and get it sorted out. He gave us the green signal to go ahead with our same title Rosy,” Yogesh added.
