Tiger Nageswara Rao was a real-life thief from the town of Stuartpuram during the 70s and 80s. He had several escapades involving robberies, jewellery thefts, and bank heists.
He is revered by the common folks of Stuartpuram in Krishna district because of his generous heart. His story is now a commercial film featuring Ravi Teja as the thief himself.

On Thursday, 17 August, the makers dropped its teaser with the title “Tiger’s Invasion”. It showcases the mastermind Nageswara Rao executing robberies in various cities.

Actress Nupur Sanon and Gayathri Bharadwaj are playing the leading ladies opposite Ravi Teja in the movie which is slated for release on 20 October for Dasara.
Tiger Nageswara Rao was known for executing skilful and practical ideas while going about robberies. Tiger was killed in an alleged fake encounter by the AP Police in 1987.
