Nata Bhayankara is an unbearable experience that lasts for over two-and-a-half hours.

Directed by Pratham, Nata Bhayankara also casts him as the male lead. The movie is jam-packed with the actor-director’s self-aggrandisement.

Entertainment

Pratham, who is known for his outspoken personality in real life, makes a futile attempt to replicate it on the big screen.

Entertainment

The only respite an audience can find in the film is the presence of a few senior actors.

Entertainment

However, their presence pales in comparison to that of Pratham. It is his show all the way!

Entertainment

The so-called story in Nata Bhayankara is so outdated that it would be termed “old wine in an old (not new) bottle” even if released a decade ago.

Entertainment

It is about a superstar who ends up in a farmhouse with a group comprising his assistant, a heroine, and an assistant director.

Entertainment

By the way, the farmhouse is haunted by a female ghost. It is no different from that of 99.99 percent of ghosts in movies that come with an act of revenge.

Entertainment

The act and the acting are the other major factors that make it difficult to bear the done-to-death instant-mix formula for a horror-comedy movie.
