Collaborating with Yogita Uchil, chef Katherine Chung will present her expertise in Modern Hakka Chinese Cuisine during a five-day pop-up ‘Two Worlds, One Wok.’

Along with Manish Uniyal, Executive Chef of Hyatt Regency Chennai, Manish Uniyal, Chung has meticulously crafted an exclusive decadent pop-up menu from 22-26 November, 2023.

“This is the food I cook for my family, and this is what I want to showcase, to tell guests that Hakka cuisine is much more than Hakka Noodles and Chilli Chicken,” Chung said.

This exclusive menu showcases a fusion of traditional and royal dishes, combining rarely-seen Hakka Chinese delicacies from Hakka homes with exquisite Imperial Chinese cuisines.

Uchil a travel influencer, has been curating menus for pop-ups for the last 7-8 years. Through her work she hopes to introduce people to the original Indian cuisine.
