Naveen Chandra was not appreciated till Bhanumathi & Ramakrishna (2020). And now, he is all set to entertain us with Month of Madhu which is releasing in theatres on 6 October.

I am playing Madhusudhan who is not interested in working under someone and often wanders on the streets by living in illusions,” Naveen Chandra explained about his role.

Naveen Chandra worked with director Srikanth Nagothi for Bhanumathi & Ramakrishna. Post the success of this OTT film, both didn’t get to team up again for another subject.

“Well, I was busy with a handful of films and web series. We both knew that we could do magic. But we couldn’t collaborate again,” Naveen said.

He added, “Srikanth too has fetched good opportunities later. And finally, we thought of sitting for Month of Madhu. It is a poignant story reflecting the lives of three individuals.”

Naveen Chandra noted that the portrayal of Lekha’s (Swathi Reddy) character reflects the individuality of a Telugu girl.

Month of Madhu also features actor Shreya Naveli, Harsha Chemudu, Manjula Ghattamaneni, Gnaneswari Kandregula, Raja Chembolu and more in prominent roles.

The film is bankrolled by Yashwanth Mulukutla. Rajeev Dharavath handled the cinematography and Achu Rajamani scored the music.
