Kerala to conduct trial run of seaplane from Kochi to Idukki

In a historic milestone for both aviation and tourism, Kerala’s first-ever seaplane successfully landed at Cochin International Airport (CIAL) on Sunday, 10 November.

The preliminary study for launching a seaplane service between Bolgatty (Kochi) and Mattupetty (Idukki) has been completed, and trial runs are set to begin next week.
