Kabzaa, produced and directed by R Chandru, does the job of bringing back the audience to theatres, the same by offering larger-than-life action drama with star performers in the lead.

Entertainment

Like all the big mass masala action dramas, Kabzaa too comes with a little story. In fact, do not even bother to find a sensible story since it does have any!

Entertainment

In a nutshell, the movie is set in a fictional kingdom and is about a patriotic family that had fought against the British before Independence.

Entertainment

In between, there is a love story that runs parallel between princess Madhumati (Shriya Saran) and Arakeshwara.

Entertainment

What follows for the next couple of hours is a pure action drama with hardly any logic attached to it. In a way, Kabzaa is the longest trailer for its sequel — Kabzaa 2.

Entertainment

Real Star Upendra shines in the film along with the sparkling of Abhinaya Chakravarthy Kiccha Sudeep who plays the cameo of a senior police officer.

Shriya looks beautiful and so does Tanya Hope in the special number “Chumu Chumu Chali Chali”.

Entertainment

Kabzaa has so many that one may lose count of antagonists. They simply keep coming one after another. However, Arakeshwara kills them one by one in a jiffy!

Entertainment

In all, Kabzaa ends on a high note with the entry of Karunada Chakravarthy Shiva Rajkumar, as it announces the arrival of its sequel — Kabzaa 2.
