Kanguva, directed by Siruthai (2011) Siva, featuring Suriya, finally, has a release date. On 27 June, the makers announced that the action-drama would hit the screens, on 10 October.
During his June trip to the Himalayas, Rajinikanth “I’ve finished filming my scenes, but the rest of the cast is still working. The movie is scheduled to be released around 10 October.”
Touted as a “saga of a mighty valiant hero”, Kanguva will feature Suriya in six roles. It will be released in 10 languages including Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi.
The official synopsis of Kanguva, describes it as a tale spanning 500 years, from the 1700s to 2023, about a hero tasked with completing an unfinished mission.
Rajinikanth is accompanied by a diverse ensemble cast in Vettaiyan, which includes Amitabh Bachchan, Manju Warrier, Rana Daggubati, Fahadh Faasil and many more.
