Pulipandi (Vetri) is a loafer who, along with his three sidekicks, will do anything for the sake of money. A shady cop named Madasamy (Kavitha Bharathi) often takes a cut.

Entertainment

The Superintendent of Police is transferred and Benjamin (Aruvi Madhan) an honest officer gets posted. Benjamin is intent on rounding up all the rowdy sheeters including Pulipandi.

Entertainment

Pulipandi and his friends go to Sabarimala to escape the cops. Pulipandi meets Ismail (Hareesh Peradi). Taking pity on him, Pulipandi buys a lottery ticket but he loses it later.

Entertainment

Ismail, who finds the lottery ticket that Pulipandi has lost, gets to know that it has won the bumper prize of ₹10 crore. But he decides to find and give it to Pulipandi.

Entertainment

Bumper is a winner just for the strong and inspiring message it sends. The manner in which the story is narrated is just realistic and therefore absorbing.

Entertainment

Hareesh Peradi, who plays the poor lottery seller with integrity, is just outstanding. Shivani Narayanan has very little to do, but she plays her part to satisfaction.

Entertainment

Vetri, who has always shown a penchant for picking meaningful scripts, does his career and himself a favour by playing the lead in Bumper.

Entertainment

In all, Bumper is a heart-warming entertainer that is definitely worth a watch.
